INVITATION FOR BIDS
Rehabilitation of the FQ Sanchez School Facility, Humåtak
Project No. HS23-01
Bid packets, in disc format for the Rehabilitation of the FQ Sanchez School Facility, Project No. HS23-01, will be available at the Guam Preservation Trust Office (Historic Lujan House), located at 167 Padre Palomo Street, Hagåtña, Guam, on Friday, February 24, 2023.
Sealed bids in duplicate for the Rehabilitation of the FQ Sanchez School Facility, will be received at the Guam Preservation Trust Office until April 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All bids must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond in the amount of 15% of the total bid amount. Bid security may be a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check, made payable to the Guam Preservation Trust. A non- refundable amount of $5.00 (USD) payable to the Guam Preservation Trust is required as payment for each set of digital bid documents (on cd), which can be secured from the Guam Preservation Trust office, 167 Padre Palomo Street, (Historic Lujan House) in Hagåtña, Guam, on or after February 24, 2023.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE has been scheduled on March 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Guam Preservation Trust office located at 167 Padre Palomo Street, (Historic Lujan House) in Hagåtña, Guam. All prospective bidders are requested to be present.
The Guam Preservation Trust hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that all bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, and national origin in consideration for an award.
The Guam Preservation Trust reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any imperfection in the bid proposals in the interest of the Guam Preservation Trust.
