Drawing on the Strength of Our Community

We must seek out and protect our heritage sites in every village. We must protect traditional practices such as
farming, fishing, and seafaring. We must place historical preservation in context by conserving historical landscapes and seascapes. We must provide opportunities for education and careers for our people.

Only by becoming a stronger community committed to retaining the heritage and beauty of our island can we hope to guard and protect it for the future.
